I still consider myself a new Mom and I’m not entirely sure if I have the street cred yet to post about this, but here we go anyway. I’m not going to tell you a right way or a wrong way to approach your picky eater nor do I hold any judgement or place blame on parents. This is simply my experience – the things that have worked and the things that haven’t. My intention is to help any parent looking for a solution with what to do with a picky eater.
What’s wrong with having a Picky Eater?
First and foremost, the biggest reason for not wanting a picky eater is risking proper nutrition. The reason we eat food is to nourish ourselves, and enjoyment comes secondary (much to the chagrin of many).
