What!? How did another week just fly by? I’m starting to feel stronger every single day and can see the results slowly popping up in my weekly progress photos. I’ll share ’em with you when I’m ready 😉 I feel my progression the most when doing core exercises. At the beginning of week 1, it was extremely difficult for me to do more than a few straight-leg sit-ups in a row. But by the end of this week, I’m feeling much stronger and it’s so motivating!

LISS (45-minute walk with baby in the carrier)

BBG Pre-Training Week 3 Arms & Abs

LISS (barre class) – gah! I was so miffed that I forgot to bring my heart rate monitor to this class. The lady next to me was wearing one though and she burned 330 calories. Let’s be conservative and say I burned 280.
