Canadian Kids’ Clothing Brands

Here are my favourite Canadian Kid’s Clothing Brands that you NEED to know about!!

Caribou Kids

It’s no secret that kids grow like weeds, and just like that, they’re too big for everything in the closet. Brands like Caribou Kids have clothes that grow with your child, though! Ethically designed and handmade here in Alberta, they have a ton of cute and super soft bamboo-based clothes that fit three sizes in one. One of my absolute fave products is their adorable little grow-with-me joggers with foldable cuffs and waistband that you just unfold to create more length as your child grows!

Dear Heart Co.

With a newborn on the way, I am hardcore swooning over itty bitty pieces. Dear Heart Co. is a Canadian company is owned by a sweet sister-duo with kids of their own (one even has a little boy named Henry)! Their clothes are made of buttery soft bamboo, made without harmful chemicals, and have the best neutral colours. I have two zippered sleepers in vanilla + caramel colours as well as this legging & top combo in caramel as well.

I’m so excited to dress my little bundle in these pieces! Use LEMONS15 to receive 15% off your order.

Honeysuckle Swim Company

Henry and Posie tried out their new UPF 50+ sun-safe swimwear from Honeysuckle Swim Company for the first time when we vacationed in Mexico last winter and they absolutely love them! They come in the cutest prints and provide full coverage for your baby or toddler, keeping their sensitive young skin protected from the sun. They recently received a couple of new ones just in time for our family vacation to Maui and they couldn’t wait to put them on!

Little Thunder

Local Calgary Mama, Shannon, has launched an incredibly stylish line of kids clothes called Little Thunder. They are extremely high quality with designs that suit my aesthetic too (yes, this is important). Most pieces are unisex and am currently in LOVE with the Hygge Overall (pictured below on Henry). Posie is wearing the Eva Dress in the colour golden nugget and I can’t get over how cute this little combo is! Shannon’s clothes are ethically and sustainably made and designed with adventure and play in mind.

Mi & Fi

Built by two new moms from Calgary, Alberta, Mi & Fi has some of the cutest little gems for your babies and toddlers! All of their clothes are made from bamboo-forward material which means they are super soft, extremely environmentally friendly – the perfect choice for the changing temperatures throughout the year thanks to how breathable the fabric is. Henry and Posie can’t get enough of their Mi & Fi outfits, and honestly, neither can I!

They have so many incredible pieces to choose from, and not just for the little ones, but for us mommies too!

Mini Mioche

Another favourite of mine is mini mioche. For more than a decade, they’ve been making the softest, comfiest high-quality essentials for kids from newborn to 12 years old, all while staying grounded in their core values of creating clothing within our borders, in an ethical and sustainable way, with as little impact to the environment as possible. I love how much they care about being kind to our planet!

They have so many amazing basics to choose from, including rompers, tees, leggings, and cardigans. A lot of their pieces are unisex, so the rompers Henry used to wear are now in Posie’s closet

Heyfolks

Posie received her very first pair of Heyfolks (formerly known as Minimoc) shoes as a gift from a good friend when she was a baby and we immediately fell in love! So much so, that she now has four pairs that she wears on the regular. Henry was quick to follow in his sister’s footsteps and now has five pairs of his own, too. Heyfolks shoes are the cutest and comfiest things for children’s feet, and they now make them in adult sizes too! My favourite style I own is the Dia Flat in dusty rose – I wear them with everything. They’re Canadian-made and the materials are all ethically sourced.

Rowe Kids

Rowe Kids is hands down one of my very favourite brands. Their clothes are super versatile, sustainably made, the fabrics change by season, AND the Zomper with an ankle-to-ankle zipper is the perfect onesie for quick and easy diaper changes!

Not only do Henry and Posie love to lounge in their Rowe clothes, but they make hoodies for us mommies too! I absolutely love the one I have in Sand. It’s my go-to!

Tiny Victory

This amazing company has some of the best all-in-one outfits for kids! Tiny Victory clothes have this genius hidden zipper that runs from the top of the outfit to the bottom, making for super easy changes without any fuss. They have the sweetest little dress ensembles, including Posie’s favourite—the ballerina dress all-in-one—and half of the clothes in their collection are unisex!

Today’s Modern Bébé

Not only does TMB have super adorable clothes, but everything is sustainably made right here in Canada, and shipped to you in eco-friendly packaging.

They offer so many different items, from shirts to sweaters, shorts to pants, and rompers to dresses. Henry’s absolute favourite is his panda shirt and Posie loves her orange shorts. They’ve also got a bunch of cute stuff for us mamas, AND Mommy & Me matching outfits so that you can twin with your Bébé!
