How to keep your kids entertained at home – in response the Coronavirus Quarantine

Stay at home. Flatten the curve. Schools closed. Businesses shut down. The news is bleak and the stats are scary. And for those of us with children, staying at home (especially in winter) has the potential to drive us all insane. So I adapted theme days from one of my favourite creators and bloggers Studio DIY. Here’s how it works:

  1. write down themes on popsicle sticks or paper
  2. put all themes into a jar
  3. have your child blindly choose a theme each night before you put them to bed
  4. while they are sleeping, prepare for the next day’s theme

I’ve developed 2-weeks of theme days along with corresponding activities, songs, movies, and food for ya! Screenshot or press+ hold to save the images directly to your phone for a handy reference. Feel free to also make up your own themes based on what you already have or can create at home. These are fun activities that I promise will lift your family’s spirit! Be sure to follow along with me on Instagram for real-live examples of all theme days 🙂

Enjoy, everyone! xx
