HOW MANY CALORIES DID I BURN? BBG PRE-TRAINING WEEK 4

This was the last week of pre-training! Now that I’ve “prepped” my body, I’m so SO excited to officially begin week 1 of BBG. As tempting as it was to skip ahead, I’m so glad I took the time these past four weeks to do the pre-training. Even though I remained active throughout my pregnancy, I still think it’s important to be gentle with yourself after having a baby. Give yourself time to heal and be patient with yourself if exercises aren’t as easy as you remember them.

Here’s how week 4 of Pre-Training went

BBG Pre-Training Week 4 Legs & Cardio – full disclosure: I didn’t finish this workout! I got 3/4 of the way through before my little guy woke up and needed me.

Tuesday
LISS (various bodyweight exercises and light cardio for 40 minutes)
Calories burned: 186

Wednesday
BBG Pre-Training Week 4 Arms & Abs
Calories burned: 134

Thursday
LISS (various bodyweight exercises and light cardio for 40 minutes)
Calories burned: 200

Friday
BBG Pre-Training Week 4 Full Body
Calories burned: 166

I’m so curious to see if the calorie burn is that much greater when BBG officially begins next week! Until then 🙂
